Join the Roberto Hernández Center and the UWM community in honoring the accomplishments and contributions of Dinorah Marquez, who for the last 14 years has served as the Founder and Director of the Latino Arts Strings program at the United Community Center. Through her work, Dinorah has developed one of the most remarkable strings programs in the country. She has helped train hundreds of Latino youth in the Milwaukee community and has taken her music and students to different parts of the country and the world.
