Culinary Skills – Spring Jams & Jellies

(For adults) Get ready for the spring season with this introductory, hands-on food preservation workshop! Gain valuable life skills and take home your own preserves. Master Food Preserver, Annie Wegner LeFort will discuss safe food preservation techniques and guide you to making your own jams and jellies. Handouts & recipes included. Participants will go home with some jam and jelly from this workshop too!
